All complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. You must record a video of the product as you open the package ("Panumbodhu video") to clearly capture any issues or damages with the product.

How to Raise a Complaint

To initiate a return, you must raise a ticket via our customer support platform. Once the ticket is raised, our team will contact you via email within 24 hours.

The email will include instructions on how to proceed, and you will need to attach the video evidence in your response.

Video Submission

You will have 72 hours from receiving the email to upload and send the video evidence. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting the video to help us assess the issue.

Approval Process

After receiving your video and complaint, our team will review the submission. You will receive a decision regarding your request within 4 days.

If your return is approved, you will be eligible for either a refund or a replacement, based on the options available at the time.

Refunds and Replacements

If your return is approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 3 bank working days from the date of approval.
